This is a cost effective way of supporting your computer with a monthly maintenance contract. This covers the agreed computers for software and hardware investigation.
These computers will need remote support software installed by me on an initial visit for a contract to be possible as this will nearly always be the first step toward fixing any issue.
A support contract will normally be £20.00 per month for a maximum of 2 computers with a minimum contract length of 12 months payable by monthly standing order.
This includes free initial PC health check, email support, free skype support and remote assistance.
