In today's world of ever increasing computer technology you would be forgiven for not keeping up. In fact some people are not in a position to do that, they just need a computer that does what it is supposed to with minimum fuss.
There are basic fundamentals that keep a computer running at it's optimum efficiency and there are also ways of ensuring that it carries on running in that manner. Although these can be implemented at a later point, it is far easier to carry these procedures out sooner rather than later.
There are also any number of things that can go wrong with a computer be it software or hardware faults and knowing which is which and how to put them right is something most people cannot be bothered with or indeed should be bothered with. That's where FFC comes in.
I am based in Heathfield, East Sussex and can offer different solutions for different people - anything from one off site visits to remote support sessions to monthly support contracts, all geared toward the home user.
